The Portable Long Service Authority needed to raise awareness on exactly what portable long service means; and they needed to do it on a tight budget, and across a range of media for the broadest reach possible. To deliver two creative campaigns we got hands-on – we went out and talked to people affected by the scheme to understand what it meant to them, and to make sure that the messages we came up with would land. We rolled out print, digital, and radio assets, getting right to the heart of why this scheme benefits everyone. PLSA returned for a UX audit to make sure that the infrastructure of their website is working as efficiently as possible for all that new traffic.
