Get Active Victoria

Get Active Victoria is an ever-growing platform helping everyday Victorians be more physically active. We’ve been integral to the initiative’s success – from conceiving the branding, through to creating the website, accompanying web app, and mobile app. With 85,000+ members (and growing) we continue to engage a broad audience through UX design practise, emphasising clarity, accessibility and user-friendliness. We’ve worked to make the site easy to navigate, search, and understand for ‘everyday people’. And, since the site’s inception, we’ve added a ‘Teams’ function, giving people a simple way to create an online group to motivate each other; we’ve added a ‘Voucher’ portal where parents can apply for vouchers to pay for organised sport for their kids; and a ‘Places’ application, giving users an easy way to explore opportunities to get active in their local area.
