Liam bleeds innovation. His ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and solve problems – both big and small – is on a level all of his own. A master of devising AI and CRM solutions to optimise workflows, he birthed our very own Rock Bot affectionately known as The Frank. He brings extensive Operations, Project Management and Sales experience to the team; and, with much of that experience coming from the sustainability and social impact sectors he’s deeply committed to Rock’s B-corp pursuits. Liam is a Geelong Cats nuffie and is also the proud co-founder of VOLI, a globally-recognised app making social impact easy, measurable and rewarding for businesses.
Jessie Gleeson
With an extensive background in the Creative and Digital industry, Jessie joined Rock as an Account Manager and, three and a half years later, stepped into the role of Account Director. She’s a natural problem-solver, always focused on uncovering the most effective digital solutions for her clients. Her experience includes working with Hamish & Andy, Get Active Victoria, Bulla, FightMND and Women’s Health Victoria.
She’s passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring every project delivers both impact and value. Jessie’s footy skills are almost as sharp as her account management expertise; and she trains guide dogs, which is something we all get to enjoy when they accompany her to the office.
Korina Kontogeorgos
Korina’s a born project manager – she thrives in dynamic environments and actually enjoys keeping a million balls in the air at once. Her interpersonal and communication skills deliver client satisfaction, every time; but more than that, she’s also highly experienced in the digital agency environment with knowledge that spans design, development and marketing. It makes her an exemplary strategist when it comes to helping clients reach their goals. Korina loves true crime docos and thrill-seeking – her next mission: cage diving with great white sharks.
Emma Denver
Emma joined us as an intern and is now a Project Manager. With a background in design and marketing, Emma is already managing multiple clients and thriving in the fast-paced agency world. With a natural flair for organisation and communication, Emma loves the variety and energy of working across different industries and teams.
Her calm, friendly presence helps create a smooth and positive experience for clients, creatives – and everyone in between. When she’s not working, you’ll find Emma at the beach, hanging with friends, or planning her next getaway. With big goals and an instinctive ability to find solutions and opportunities, Emma is just at the beginning of her brilliant career.
Molly Nydam
Molly’s our Digital Marketing Director with an abundance of infectious energy and a penchant for strategy. She has nine years of experience in agencies in NZ and Oz, creating successful multi-channel marketing initiatives for a range of clients and industries. It’s a given that Molly’s exceptional at converting data into a creative marketing strategy that improves business outcomes; what really sets her apart is her follow-through. Molly’s knowledge of the digital design and development process gives her a unique ability to synthesise strategy with execution; and through keen attention to detail, Molly helps ensure every piece of content, every asset, serves that strategy.
Niamh Murray
Niamh Murray is a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. From County Tyrone in Northern Ireland, she studied Communications and Public Relations in nearby Belfast before packing up and moving to Melbourne. Both charming and crazy-efficient, Niamh is also the youngest Account Manager in the world – born on Feb 29, she is six years old.
Outside of work, Niamh loves fossicking for fashion treasures at the op shop, jogging, and she’s a massive foodie.
James Ford
James turns data into digital gold. With a background in finance and sales, he brings a formidable blend of analytical and strategic skills to his role as SEO Specialist. His passion lies in optimising websites to boost their visibility on Google, executing strategies that are comprehensive, data-driven, inventive, and meticulous.
Also a Project Manager, James is excellent at not only leading successful projects but ensuring clients understand the ‘why’ behind decisions made. Outside the office, he’s an avid sports fan, particularly interested in the AFL and NBA. He also tries to get to the beach as much as possible for a swim in the ocean.
Sydney Sirait
Sydney brings warmth, positivity and a can-do attitude to the digital marketing team at Rock. Starting as an intern, she quickly found her groove working across ad creation, SEO audits and account management. She loves the variety of agency life and the freedom to bring her full personality to work. Whether she’s diving into the data, chatting with clients, or brainstorming with the team, Sydney’s all about learning, growing and making meaningful connections.
Outside of work, you’ll find her at the movies (anything thriller or comedy), hanging with friends, or exploring what’s new around the city – because for Sydney, life’s better when you stay open to adventure.
Tia Kelly
Tia is a designer with inimitable experience and skill in digital. Her super power is understanding the crossover space between design and technology and working it for unique and innovative outcomes. Efficient and diligent, Tia’s more than nine years of experience includes Branding, UI/UX Design, Email, Social Media, YouTube, and Display and Rich Media focusing on audience targeting with relevant personalisation.
Her work spans large-scale digital campaigns, multiple industries, and markets – she worked in London for four years before joining Rock Agency.
Nick Bunting
Nick’s our Lead Webflow Designer & Developer, and an all-round Webflow weapon. With a background in graphic design and a self-taught knack for development, Nick found his groove at the intersection of design and code – where creativity meets clean, functional builds. He’s a big reason why Rock’s become a go-to Webflow partner. Originally from the Gold Coast (yes he surfs), Nick’s been soaking up the Melbourne lifestyle since 2013.
When he’s not perfecting site-builds, you’ll find him running, golfing, watching footy or scoping out the next must-try brunch spot. Nick’s all about striking the right balance between performance and polish, between design and development, and between work and a weekend down the coast.
Dana Miltins
Rock’s resident wordsmith and grammar nerd, Dana’s a senior creative and copywriter with 15 years of experience working in the digital space. Obsessed in the details, she’s passionate about helping brands and businesses communicate authentically. She can’t stand when copy sounds great but doesn’t mean anything.
Dana’s also a performance artist with Australian feminist theatre mavericks THE RABBLE and a screenwriter. She’s eternally grateful for Rock’s inclusive and flexible culture that allows her to juggle it all.
George McIldowie
Don’t be fooled by the fact that George looks like he’s 12 – he’s a lot older, and wiser, than he appears! He graduated with a Bachelor of Communications Design from Monash Uni in 2017 and interned at Cassette Agency before joining us. George is high energy, in a good way, and it’s like he has creativity on tap.
He’s the master of options and angles – clients love the level of choice George provides. He helps people envision their website or project in different ways so that they can land on the best for them.
Emily Scott
Emily’s an Aussie Rules back and a design all rounder – in that order. A Bachelor of Creative Arts, Visual Communication Design, helped to develop her specky design skillset, which she put into practise as an in-house designer for a school before drop-punting to Rock. When she’s not designing at Rock or playing footy for Hawthorn Amateur Football Club, she’s doing the marketing, socials and design for the footy club.
She’s also chief ‘run-through’ banner maker for milestone games – another service Rock Agency is now proud to be able to offer.
Olivia McGovern
Olivia’s a Webflow UX/UI Designer with true passion for people-first design. With a background spanning graphic design, user research and digital experience, she brings a thoughtful, considered approach to everything she touches. Oliva’s work is informed by a genuine curiosity about how people think and interact with digital spaces and is passionate about crafting clean and intuitive user journeys. She has a sixth sense for spotting (and fixing) those frustrating UX details that others may miss.
Originally from New Zealand, Olivia made the move to Melbourne in early 2025 and hit the ground running – literally – she’s completed half marathons. Olivia is also a dedicated Sunday roast aficionado, an avid reader, and an accomplished cook who once ran her own wedding cake and dessert business.
Josh Hayes
Josh is a designer with a sharp eye for detail and love of animation. Since joining Rock, he’s brought rich movement and smart interactions into every project, bridging design and experience to make websites feel dynamic and alive. Originally from Queensland, Josh moved to Melbourne to explore the city’s arts, design and cultural offerings (and hasn’t looked back, except when it’s raining). Outside of work, Josh is into bikes, long chats at the pub, and exploring the city one cinema at a time. He’s a film lover at heart, and that sense of rhythm, curiosity and storytelling runs through everything he designs.
Jess Khuu
Jess joined Rock as an intern and is now a full-time Junior Digital Designer. With a strong eye for visual storytelling, Jess loves the design side of digital, bringing her flair to ad creatives and concept work. She loves the variety that agency life brings (no two days or clients are ever the same) and thrives on turning creative ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her brunching around the inner city – Turkish eggs please – or dreaming up her next overseas adventure. Big on passion projects and always up for trying something new, Jess brings curiosity, creativity and a quiet confidence to everything she does.
Jaydev Vala
Jay has more than a decade’s worth of experience as a developer and loves working in a field that drives him to constantly evolve alongside it. His career started in India and he joined Rock in 2015, soon after moving to Australia. He’s now our Full-Stack Developer, which means he’s responsible for the overall technical functionality for our partners’ websites, plus mobile and web apps.
He has deep knowledge in NodeJS, Angular, React, PHP/Object Oriented PHP, JavaScript and Database Management Systems. Even in Jay’s spare time he thinks about development – he loves video games and diving into the development side to learn how they’re created.
Naeim Haghighi
Naeim has a breadth of skill when it comes to development – he’s our Shopify specialist, but he’s also proficient in a hundred other development programs that would take too long to list. He’s a deep thinker and a problem solver and will always take the time to uncover the best solution for a client – not the easiest, not the most obvious.
Development brilliance aside, Naeim is also one of the funniest people you’ll meet and his sense of humour always makes work more enjoyable.
Debendra Maharjan
Deb’s a Full Stack Developer and WordPress specialist with more than a decade’s worth of experience in both Australia and Nepal. He’s self taught, which instilled in him self-discipline and a passion for learning. One of his favourite aspects of development is the opportunity to constantly evolve alongside the technology he’s working with. Deb’s also a guitarist, playing in bands across Melbourne. He loves the way music creates community – it’s played a big role in helping him feel at home in Australia.
Dipali Vala
Dipali is a self-taught front-end developer creating stable, responsive, and highly-customised WordPress websites with unmatched efficiency. We’ve lost count of the number of websites Dipali has developed for Rock that have won awards, it’s a long and growing list. Ask anyone in the team to describe Dipali and they’ll use the word ‘gun’ because of how fast and meticulous she is, but she’s also a wonderful collaborator who brings a sense of humour to everything she does.
Chris Kennedy
Chris is a Front End Developer, who’s passionate about creating accessible, people first websites. Specialising in Shopify and WordPress, Chris is big on building sites that are inclusive, intuitive and built for real human connection. Whether it’s optimising for screen readers or exploring the potential of human-centred AI, he believes good development is about solving real problems – and creating digital experiences everyone can enjoy. Originally from “a raggedy surfer town” in New Zealand, Chris made the move to Melbourne for its energy, culture and café scene. When he’s not coding, you’ll find him at the footy, at pub trivia, or hunting down the city’s best buttery cinema popcorn.
Sahar Ghasemi
Sahar is a Junior Developer with creativity, resourcefulness and a deep love of learning. With a background in software, sales and support, Sahar brings a rare mix of technical understanding, cross-functional experience and calm, thoughtful problem solving to every project. She’s passionate about WordPress development, helping to refine and troubleshoot builds to create cleaner, faster and more intuitive experiences for the people using them. She is endlessly curious and an eternal student of life, passionate about developing new skills, improving and growing. Outside of work, Sahar loves reading, and is a fan of comedies and lighthearted cinema – the kind of stories that leave you feeling positive and inspired.
