With housing a major concern for voters, the Housing Industry Association (HIA) needed a creative campaign to put the issue front and centre in the lead-up to the 2025 Federal Election. We partnered with HIA to concept, script and produce two digital ad campaigns under the “Let’s Build” banner – each designed to capture attention, drive awareness, and encourage people to consider housing policy when casting their vote.
The first campaign focused on families and construction workers, filmed on location at a live residential site. The second took a different tack, interviewing young Australians about their hopes – and doubts – around ever owning a home. Both videos were rolled out across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Spotify, TikTok and News Corp channels. More than 35 million impressions and a groundswell of discussion about housing affordability, policy, and the future of homeownership in Australia.
