Dimmies & Tinnies (D&T) came to Rock Agency to transform a shared love for the humble dim sim into a premium, nationwide brand.

Our challenge was to capture the nostalgic essence of an old-school fish and chip shop while positioning the product for a modern, national launch in Coles. We collaborated closely with the founding team to develop a comprehensive visual identity, including the logo, the Dimmie and Tinnie mascots, and full packaging design. To support the launch, we delivered diverse collateral ranging from custom stamps for paper bags to a fully branded food van and signage. Beyond the initial branding, our team has driven brand awareness through organic social media content, including filming Andy Lee’s first taste at Andrew’s Hamburgers and creating “how-to” guides for cooking at home
