When Nathalia, Cobram and Numurkah merged their health services they needed an all-inclusive website to represent their new management structure under the banner of NCN Health. We called on UX Design research tools to develop the information architecture – no small feat, as this site has more than one hundred pages. But, it’s proved crucial to the end product, allowing users to easily locate the services they require. NCN Health continues to return when they need new functionality added to the site – like a Donations option giving stakeholders and philanthropists an easier way to contribute; and communication pieces that tie in the new branding across the organisation for ease of recognition and clearer communication.
