As Best Practice Software undertook a major rebrand, we partnered with the team to shape a new digital experience that would reflect its updated identity and better serve a wide range of users, from GPs to practice managers and healthcare enterprise clients.
Our focus was on simplifying complex information, streamlining decision-making, and creating clear, intuitive user journeys across the site. A reimagined mega nav brings together key destinations, helpful links and calls to action, while custom image assets and colour-coded visual cues support wayfinding and brand recognition throughout. We also worked closely on rewriting site content, aligning messaging with Bp’s new tone of voice and ensuring consistency across the board.
