It makes sense that Lauren joins us in a dual role – Project Manager and Copywriter – because her career has spanned the most insane (in a good way) combo of creative and analytical pursuits. Starting out as a professional ballerina, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Biomedicine, plus a Certificate in Leadership and Management, while tutoring in maths and chemistry at university. It probably goes without saying that she loves a challenge and excels at, well, everything. Before Rock, Lauren was an Operations and Marketing Manager where she discovered her diverse experience added up to a deep love of storytelling – whether through dance, making sense of big concepts for students, or helping clients understand and engage with their brand narratives, she strikes the perfect balance between passionate communicator and calm problem solver.
