A beautiful new brand identity for Mr Chambers – a cocktail and tapas bar serving expertly-crafted cocktails and premium wines in the heart of South Yarra. Our branding takes inspiration from the early 1900’s New York bar and speakeasy scene. For the logo, we wanted to revive “the Golden Age of cocktails and fine drinking”. The hand-drawn aesthetic evokes sophistication and “old-world” style; a moniker option, using only “Mr C”, provides the brand with a simplified icon or monogram to use as desired. The colour palette uses shade of blue, complemented with brown and brass to support that sense of opulence and tradition. And, added touches, like mocking up menus and signage helped Mr Chambers see the new branding in “action”.
