Wilson’s Real Estate has been a mainstay of Geelong’s property market since 1972. After a rebrand (not by us), we arrived to update their website that would not only implement the new visual style, but also take a step up in terms of functionality. Starting with a UX audit, we refined page navigation for a more streamlined user flow; and tidied and edited rarely-used content. By integrating REX (a CRM tool) we’ve been able to streamline the process for uploading property listings. They now automatically integrate into the website, meaning no double handling for the Wilson’s team.
