Given the competitive nature of the industry, Jones Real Estate was after a highly contemporary website with a touch of edginess – something to set them apart from competitors. They’d had bold new branding done by another agency that needed to be integrated but required small adjustments for visual accessibility in a digital environment. We also used animation and micro-interactions to reinforce the very modern look and feel. Development and design efforts combined to integrate AgentBox (a CRM platform) into the site to automate property listing updates. But, going that extra mile, we visually and physically separated them by category (sale, lease and sold) making it significantly easier for users to find what they’re looking for – a real point of difference from competitors. Finally, bookending each page is the form/CTA component of the website – another example of delivering a more thoughtful user experience by offering users a streamlined way of making contact.
