Passage Foods are passionate about serving up authentic food experiences at home, but we brought the flavour to their new website. Part of their brief to us was to “make visitors to the site hungry” so central to the design is the use of big, bold and beautiful food imagery, as well as family-based images that capture friendly and inclusive values. The site’s architecture prioritises contemporary user needs – it doesn’t only talk about the excellent products and ranges, but tells the story of the brand, establishes its values, and is transparent about its packaging and sustainability efforts. Knowing this is the place lots of consumers discover the brand, we worked to tell a richer story – one that, of course, centralises excellent food, but also communicates the whole brand.
